Ready, set, go!

I am ready to start menu blogging again. Calories will be 1800-2000, carbs 100g or less. Protein & fat to be figured out as I go along. I need to get back into drinking my best friend water. I should also say that I am going to eat whatever I want, within reason of course. Lately I have been drinking iced tea and loads of coffee. In fact, I realized yesterday I have slipped back into my Starbucks addiction. I have been drinking one or two large coffees a day.
There are two reasons this is bad.
1. Last time I had that bad habit, I gained a lot of weight.
2. CHA-Ching! expensive habit to have.

I am also going to start eating regularly and take my lunch to work.

Food:

7:00 large coffee w/ splenda & cream ~ not starbucks!
9:30 ham & cheese w/ mayo, pickle, tomato on pumpernickel roll
2:30 sushi ~ rainbow roll & spicy shrimp roll
6:30 grilled chicken thigh, broccolini, tiny bit of orzo pasta

Mr. Sadekat cooked supper tonight, overall good, not a fan of orzo pasta though.

Yes...the coffee thing...

I'm starting somewhat fresh also...

Fine resolutions! Get to it, sister!

By the way, I like Coffee Bean and Starbucks coffee - the taste. Cafe Americano is my thing. But I almost exclusively make my own coffee at home these days. By doing that, in a few more months I should be able to afford a house. :-) Kidding! But just barely!

I make coffee in a french press at home...that's the way to go.

Hey girl, good to hear from you again. Good luck with your plan. I am, sad to say, still off the wagon, diet-wise. But hopefully soon my head will get right again...

I use *gasp* instant gourmet Taster's Choice - so I can make it as strong as a mule! Or as weak as a kitten! Either way, I only make one cup at a time!

I use the instant stuff at home too, I prefer the folger's coffee bags over the powder, but I have both. I even have a fancy schmancy espresso maker, but it's gathering dust in the closet.
